WASHINGTON — The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of March 15, 2010 through April 14, 2010. The list contains only national banks and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings. The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance.
Of the 35 evaluations made public this month, 4 were outstanding, 31 were satisfactory, none were needs to improve and none were substantial noncompliance. Evaluations are available from links on http://www.occ.treas.gov/cra/apr10.htm. The OCC’s Web site (http://www.occ.treas.gov) also offers access to a searchable list of all public CRA evaluations (http://www.occ.treas.gov/cra/crasrch.htm). Copies of the actual evaluations may be obtained by submitting a request electronically through the OCC’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Web site https://appsec.occ.gov/publicaccesslink/. You can also obtain copies by writing to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Communications Division, Mailstop 2-3, Washington, DC 20219.
